Ingredients
- 454g Summer Fresh Tzatziki
- 453g Totini pasta
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 2 seedless cucumbers peeled and diced
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
- Fennel (Shaved)
- 2 Tablespoon Dill
- Lemon Zest
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water, drain, and cool
- While the pasta cooks, chop your veggies for the salad
- Place pasta in a large bowl. Stir in red onion, kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fennel. Add 1/2 container Summer Fresh Tzatziki and toss to coat, add more Tzatziki until desired taste. Top with feta cheese and dill and refrigerate until ready to serve.
