Hummus Topped Roasted Avocado Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Original Hummus
- 2 ripe avocados
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Directions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Slice each avocado half into wedges.
- Arrange wedges on a baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
- Bake in a 400°F (204°C) oven for 15 minutes, or until golden in colour along the edges.
- Remove from oven and serve on a platter with a dollop of Summer Fresh Original Hummus on each wedge.
