Hummus Topped Roasted Avocado Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 x 227g / 8oz Summer Fresh Original Hummus
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Slice each avocado half into wedges.
  2. Arrange wedges on a baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
  3. Bake in a 400°F (204°C) oven for 15 minutes, or until golden in colour along the edges.
  4. Remove from oven and serve on a platter with a dollop of Summer Fresh Original Hummus on each wedge.
