CRANBERRY PECAN CHEESE POPS

Ingredients

3 x 200g Summer Fresh Cranberry Pecan Cheese Spread & Dip
1 cup Dried cranberries, finely chopped
1 cup Toasted pecans, finely chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
18-20 Pretzel sticks

Directions

1. Using a small cookie scoop make 18-20 1.5” balls from the Summer Fresh Cranberry Pecan Cheese Spread & Dip. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
2. Stir together pecans and cranberries. Remove cheese pops from fridge.
3. Roll each ball in the cranberry pecan mixture to fully coat. Place cheese pops back in fridge to chill for 30 mins.
4. Just before serving, reshape balls into more perfect spheres. Add one pretzel stick in each cheese pop. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
