Baked Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 454g Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • olive oil, to drizzle

Directions

  1. Split garlic clove in half. Place each half on a piece of aluminum foil, and drizzle with olive oil, then wrap in foil.
  2. Bake in 350°F oven for 45-60 minutes until garlic is soft and roasted. (check regularly). Once cooked, remove and allow to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus and garlic cloves.
  4. Spoon mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Top with small pats of butter and heat in oven just until warm.

Remove and serve with favourite bread or crackers as an appetizer.
