Ingredients

Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Summer Fresh Tzatziki
1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/3 Red onion, diced
2 Garlic, cloves crushed
1/4 cup Fresh Italian parsley
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 Burger buns
4 Slices tomato
1 Romaine heart
4 Slices grilled Halloumi

Directions

Place the chickpeas, 1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, red onion, crushed garlic, parsley, cilantro, and sea salt. Pulse ingredients in food processor until they start to combine. Slowly add olive oil as you pulse the mixture to help it combine. Add baking powder and flour and mix until the mixture starts to come together. It should be able to hold its shape when formed into a ball. Shape mixture into 4 patties and chill for 30 minutes.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

In a large skillet or pan, heat oil over medium heat and fry patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Don’t forget to flip the patty over gently as you don’t want to break it.⁣⁣⁣

𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘳:⁣⁣⁣ Cut your buns in half and toast in the oven. Spread Tzatziki over the lower bun and add some lettuce and onion, the patty, grilled halloumi, sliced tomato, a big dollop of Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and top with other half of bun. Enjoy alone or add our Seven Grain Salad on the side for the perfect meal. ⁣⁣
