Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
- 227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta
- 1 cup Chickpeas
- 1 cup Green, Yellow and Red Peppers, diced
- ½ cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
- ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Baby Kale
- 1 package Naan or Pita Bread
Directions
- In glass mason jars layer equal amounts of Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip, chickpeas, green, red and yellow peppers.
- Top the peppers with Summer Fresh Original Hummus, Kalamata olives, and Summer Fresh Bruschetta. Finish with crumbled feta and baby kale.
- Serve with long-handled spoons and grilled or toasted triangles of naan or pita bread
