Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 227g Summer Fresh Original Hummus
  • 227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 cup Green, Yellow and Red Peppers, diced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Baby Kale
  • 1 package Naan or Pita Bread

 

Directions

  1. In glass mason jars layer equal amounts of Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip, chickpeas, green, red and yellow peppers.
  2. Top the peppers with Summer Fresh Original Hummus, Kalamata olives, and Summer Fresh Bruschetta. Finish with crumbled feta and baby kale.
  3. Serve with long-handled spoons and grilled or toasted triangles of naan or pita bread
