Red Pepper Meatballs
• In the morning before work, place a bag of frozen meatballs in the Crockpot followed by Summer Fresh Red Pepper Dip and a tablespoon of cream. Stir together and allow to simmer 8-10 hours on low. Add to cooked pasta or make meatball subs for an instant dinner!
Lemon Dill & Olive Chicken
• Combine diced celery, carrots fennel, onion, stuffed olives and bay leaves, then place 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top. In a separate bowl, whisk Summer Fresh Lemon Dill Hummus together with a dash of olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Pour over chicken and vegetables, cook on low for 6-8 hours.

• Combine diced parsnips, carrots, red potatoes, celery, onion and stewing beef cubes into a Crockpot along with Summer Fresh Chickpea Salad. Simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Before serving, add a dollop of Summer Fresh Jalapeno Greek Yogurt.

Greek Yogurt Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
• Boil 1 bag of mini red skinned potatoes and drain. Add Summer Fresh Cucumber & Garlic Greek Yogurt and mash together until creamy. Serve as a side dish.
Seven Grain Stuffed Chicken
• Stuff a whole chicken (or 4 – 5 mini chickens) with Summer Fresh Seven Grain Salad and bake according to directions. Remove from oven and serve as a main dish.
Mexican Chipotle Rice & Stir fried Veggies
• Using white or wild rice, cook according to package directions and set aside. In a wok, combine sugar snap peas, bean sprouts, baby bok choi and sliced carrots. Cover with Summer Fresh Chipotle Dip and fry until veggies are golden brown. Add rice, mix together and cover for 2 minutes before serving.
