1. Spread 1 tsp of Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Lay out 6 slices of bread and on each layer a slice of brie, tomato, and lettuce.
3. Cover each sandwich with remaining slices of bread.
4. Use toothpicks to hold together each sandwich, and serve on a platter.
