Ingredients
- 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 1 Large Cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Slice one large head of cauliflower into slices approximately 3/4″ (2cm) thick.
2. Place the cauliflower slices into a large, sealable mixing bowl with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip, and salt & pepper to taste. Cover the lid tightly and toss until cauliflower is well coated.
