Pear and Goat Cheese Salad


  • 227g Summer Fresh Green Goddess Dip
  • 115g Summer Fresh Multigrain Snack’n Go Salad
  • 2 Pears halved, cored and finely sliced
  • 150g  Goat Cheese
  • Shallots, finely chopped
  • 100g Salami
  • 1/3 cup of Raspberries
  • 1 bunch arugula

Place arugula, Bosc pear into a large ceramic bowl, drizzle with  Summer Fresh Green Goddess Dip, season with salt and pepper and mix gently together.

Top with Summer Fresh Power Grain Snack’n Go Salad, pieces of the Goat Cheese,  raspberries and torn pieces of salami. Serve and enjoy.
