Ingredients

  • 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • About 12-15 medium Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Cut the stem end off the Brussels Sprout to allow the leaves to come off easily. Remove outer leaves from Brussels sprouts and wash thoroughly; dry them in a lettuce spinner.

3. Place leaves in a large bowl; add olive oil, salt & pepper and toss evenly.

4. Line large baking tray with parchment paper and spread leaves in a single layer. Roast until browned and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

5. Place in bowl and serve with Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip for dipping.
