Avocado Hummus Toast

Ingredients

• Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus
• goat cheese
• 8-9 cherry tomatoes sliced lengthwise
• microgreens of choice
• 2 slices of multigrain or sough dough bread
• extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and Season with salt and pepper
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
3. Add sliced tomatoes and cook until tomatoes begin to soften stirring frequently
4. While tomatoes are roasting toast 2 pieces of your favorite bread
To assemble your breakfast toast, start by spreading out an even layer of Summer Fresh Avocado Hummus, top with your sautéed cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and finish with microgreens
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
