Avocado Bruschetta Hummus Tostadas

Ingredients

1 x 283g (10 oz) Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Bruschetta
6-12 Sanissimo Salmas Corn Crackers
1 Avocado, diced
½ Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ Cup Crumbled feta cheese

Directions

1. Lay out Sanissimo Salmas Corn Crackers on a serving platter and carefully spread a large spoonful of Summer Fresh Spicy Hummus evenly on top of each cracker.

2. In a medium bowl, mix avocado and cilantro with Summer Fresh Bruschetta.

3. Top each cracker with an equal amount of the bruschetta mixture and a sprinkling of feta cheese. Serve directly after preparing for freshest flavour.

ENJOY! Makes 6-12 tostadas.
