Artichoke & Asiago Prosciutto Sandwich


Ingredients:

  • 227g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip
  • 115g Summer Fresh Power Grain Snack’n Go Salad
  • 5 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 loaf fresh bread, square ciabatta
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 1 bunch of cherry tomatoes

Spread a generous layer of Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip on  toasted bread. On top of the dip, add the arugula and then the prosciutto. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of dip. Season with black pepper and enjoy.
